Please drag n drop your video above the checkerboard layer.. Simply you please replace your media layers above checkerboard layer..It will work..please try that…OR you can drag n drop transition over your layers where you need transition..

I did drag and drop the transition over my clips and all I saw was a checkered screen. Are you talking about doing this in Motion? Or in Final Cut Pro X? Don’t these transitions work in FCP X?

OK. I tried opening this in motion thinking I had to edit it there and it told me that the media used to create the project is unsupported. I can’t use the transitions in FCP X even though your advertise that they works in FCP. I would like a refund. These transitions are unusable. Please refund my money. Thank you.

I’ve already told you. I can’t add these transitions in FCP. All I see is a checkerboard. I can’t edit them in Motion because motion says the file is unsupported. Please refund my money. I can dispute this through paypal but I’d rather not.

There’s no need to type in all caps. I’m not sure what could be missing in my system. I have Apple Motion 5 and FCP X. They run fine. All other transitions I’ve purchased work fine. It’s only yours that don’t work. I will re-download the the files but if that doesn’t work I’m going to dispute the purchase through paypal.

nothing there in caps..I was rendering a file in after effects.so caps lock was on..Please understand that its not my file issue…do you think that everybody who purchased this file have not checked or used this file…?
