Can I save this file as backwards compatible to AE12 and then back again to AE CS6? My client that I need to send the project too once complete only has the CS6 version of AE, but I have the newest AE 13 CC version. Love this template and looks great, I just want to ensure that any of the features of the animation are backwards compatible by 2 steps back to CS6. Thank you kindly.
I tried to save it to CS6 version but unfortunately, the layer collapse option in CS6 is different than the CC 2015, so we lose the beautiful glass refraction effect of the snowflake on the background. so u might need to ask your client to upgrade the version of After Effects to CC 2015. Please let me know if you any more further questions.
