Hi, I purchased and downloaded the files. Installed via ZXP app successfully. I opened AE 2020 and found it listed under extensions. However, when I click to load the extension, i get the spinning beach ball for about 30-40 seconds and then nothing happens. The Extension doesn’t load… no window loads. Nothing happens after the long delay. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling again and I’mv getting the same problem. Please help.

Hi! I was wondering if there was a safe way to get rid of the elements I don’t need. The pack is wonderful but it’s a bit too large and I don’t work with stuff such as the backgrounds. Would you recommend a way to do that?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. There is not so easy to delete as it written also on the code of the extension. But there is a way to delete the files to empty space but not on the code. That means they will appear on the menu but you will not be able to import. Please send me an email to thepremiumilk@gmail.com to give you directions.

Hi, thanks for purchasing. The hand animation works with key frames. Unhide all layers find the hand key frames and move them where you want. Otherwise select the comp of all the animation and use Time remapping to make it quick or slow. Thanks

Hello, Thanks for the nice plugin I am facing some problems, I did the manual installation and it was fine on the 1st opening though it takes like 40 sec. to load I have closed the window and tried to open again, but it didn’t open I have deleted all, and installed manually, it worked at the 1st time, but again it didn’t work on the 2nd, and re-installed manually again I don’t think I should keep re-installing manually, any solution? I am using Macbook Pro 2018 (highest specs) and Mojave Thanks in advance!
Hi, thanks for purchasing. The template is tested also on Catalina and Mojave and works fine. Did you try to update your AE to the latest version of 2019 or 2020? Because if it worked one time it means that doesn’t have any issue.

No it’s not normal. The extension appears instantly. Do you use English language on AE?
Yes it is in English I have Animation Composer plugin installed, beside some other plugins like Duik Bassel.2 (I hope it doesn’t cause any issue)

Yes correct! The Mac ask access to write files! Are there any other files inside Extensions Folder? I hope you copy the folder there that you just rename from ZXP to ZIP.

There is no automatic composition size. Go to composition settings and change the comp size to your own.
This is stated in the project descriptions.
You have to first select the composition size, lets say square comp and then when you import the element from the library, the element fit to composition size. Thanks

Hi, Look how simply it is:
First you make a composition to your desire size. Let’s say 1080×1080.
Secondly you browse your elements and double click to import to your comp.
The element you just import fit automatically to the size your composition is.

Hi. Problem with the program. It crashes and will not open up again after saving favourites… It only works for 1 session when saving favourites. After opening AE again, the extension is useless and needs to be installed again. This is a big problem. Please let me know the solution. There is no folder, only the zxp file. As i said, the zip was corrupt so the only file i get is a .zxp (and it looks like a .exe file on my mac)

I am having a problem too. I finally was able to unpack the .ZIP file but now i have the .ZXP I think maybe you should fix your files or explain this problem since a lot of people are having it. We are purchasing from you and expect either instructions or the right file type to work.

I copied the entire folder PremiumBuilder_Motion_Pack to the CEP>extensions folder. I am using AE 2018
The extension works only on AE 2019 and AE 2020 as it mentioned on the description information on the right. Thanks

Did you try the manual installation? Because for some reason when you install ZXP the computer doesn’t give access to right the files on CEP – Extensions folder.

I copied everything as you said when copying there is no error. there is an error when you drag the above file into zxpinstaller, but if after manual installation in the folder that you mean, you don’t need to do anything else, but just go to Ae and tell me there. because I have no changes and nothing new has appeared in Ae
