Depending on the computer but how long did it take you to do render video of “Massive – Preset Logo – Pre-rendered”? I started the process oer 11 hours ago and it is still not complete. According to my computer it is going to take another 6 hours to complete. It’s macbook pro i7 with 16go ram.

Purchased it recently but how can we make this into a Full HD project file since i really need it in 1080 rather then 720p 
Hey, thank you for purchasing. Unfortunately the project is build in 720p and that’s its optimal resolution. There is no easy way to scale it up. Your options are either go through each comp used and scale it up along with its children or simply upscale the final render resolution to 1080p. This will cause some quality loss but depending on your Ae skills and intended viewing distasnce, it can be minimized to an acceptable level. Hope that helps.

Hi, Thank you very much for the answer.I did everything and it’s working now. But there is an other issue ,when I open The Massive Credits it’s say ’’replay layers with your render after the ’’this is massive ’’ text! Nothing happening until the next text ’’yes any logo’’ then ’’replay layers with your render after the ’’ again! What is problem ? Thank you

Hi , I bought the massive .That’s absolutely amazing job. But i have some issues with that .When I try open with after effects it say ’’after effects this project must be converted from version 8.0.2 (windows) and will open as an untitled project. Standard Definition pixel aspect ratios will be updated for compatibility and improved accuracy. The orginal file will be unchanged.” I tried many different way but I could not. Hello, this is an informative message that says your are opening the file with a different after effects version than the one it was originally created with. It does not affect how the file works or behaves. It is just a notification. Hope this helps.

Yes, you need a plugin – trapcode particular. This is said 3 times – in the item’s main features section, in the informative fields on the right and in the preview file. Install it and try again. You can get particular here: http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/products/all/trapcode-particular/ . As for Optical Flares – if you don’t have that plug-in simply load the projects from the “Massive – Pre-rendered” folder. It will in your download package. This is eliminate the missing opitcal flares message.

well the dot is particle from particular. If you import custom particle. Could be a 3D render or anything you can make in AE then it should work just fine. The downfall is you need to manually select the new particle for all particular layers that want to use it. There are a few in this project
Hi, first of ll you made something fantastic. I dwnloaded the project but my computer says that Grain 1080p.mov is not supported or corrupted and I can’t do anything. Please help. ASAP
Hello, thanks for the kind comment. You make sure you have the latest qucktime installed. It is free if I am not mistaken. Once you do that – try loading the project again. If it still does not work simply delete the “Grain 1080p.mov” file from the assets folder in the project panel of your After Effects. This should get rid of the message. The grain is not viral, it is just optional. Thanks.
