I mean whether the template can be used to show user interface of an app? With dot or finger pointing to the option chosen when a user use the app which I want to show on my video.
Of course you can use the template to present your App, he truth is that these template category is dedicated for this reason only. But, unfortunately you need to customize it upon your needs and app features you need to show, as far as I know there is no auto-point feature or anything like that.

hi, I need to have indication of the option on my screen being chosen. I am creating a user flow for a phone app. Is there such an interface in your template?

Looks like you didn’t install the 3d model. Try installing the included model, there is a dedicated video tutorial (included) with all the steps needed.

Hi, you need to extend the comp duration! that included every comp inside. There is a handy shortcut Control or Command K.

Yes of course! All placeholders are comps you can place all kind of media including videos.
Do I need Element 3D v2 to operate this?

Yes, without Element 3d plugin is obligatory!

Hi, thanks for purchasing the app promo builder. In order to provide a solution further details are needed including a screenshot of the error message & system information. Keep in mind that the builder extension works only with After Effects CC2019 and above. Thanks
help i have mac os and after eff cc 2019 but i can’t complete instalation i this issue ….. Unable to execute script at line 100 after effect error : item saber_01 can not legally be added as layer to comp saber _03 please resolve it for me …. thanks
Hi, I am really sorry for the inconvenience already caused! Looks like you did’t install the Saber plugin which is free and the included in the description page and in the .txt file located in the tutorial folder.

No it is really not worth it! It’s way better to start over or just copy some scene elements & functions from the app promo builder! Anyhow I am planing an update including iMac and iPad devices which will be free as an update! Thanks

If not, go to the downloaded.zip file and open the tutorial folder, there you can find a dedicated video tutorial concerning builder installation and a .txt file with further details for Mac or a pc computer. Hi again, did you download/ install the zxp installer? If yes then you install the .zxp file (included in the template) and you are ready to go.
Installation failed because the extension is not compatible with the installed applications., i have windows 10 and adobe after 2018
Yes that’s right the zxp extension is compatible with after effects (win & Mac) 2019 and above and that is clearly stated in the description page! So you can either free upgrade in the 2019 version and use the zxp live preview or open the .aep (included) file witch includes all the included features except the “live preview”.
