Hi. Any accepted project on videohive is checked not only by the author, but also by Envato market experts. There can be no errors in the project.. Make sure you know at least a little AE

Check out the project terms. I’ll explain to you once again that you haven’t installed these particular and suber plugins. Install them and there will be no error. If you do not understand aye, these are not my problems

funny thing now ive down loaded all relevant programs the file is corrupted and unusable so dont worry im not going to respond i will just pass it to the relevant people as your customer service sucks and your product is a fake
