Hi, I purchased this video and it is not showing the full video. Some components are missing. It is also showing that effect “particular” is missing. Can you help me. I am editing it for my company and I am unable to do so.

Hi! I had a problem with the render final composition. The result is a video without background after 10 seconds. I´ve checking the original project and there is no background for the entire project. Creo que ya lo he solucionado descargando adobe, creía que se podía editar directamente desde final cut pro

Tengo un Mac OS x yosemite y adobe after effects cs6, cuando abro el archivo en el programa me da errores diciendo que necesita la versión de windows 64 y que algunos archivos y efectos no se abrirán. El proyecto queda a medias y al exportarlo queda muy mal. Me urge mucho tenerlo y ha sido una gran decepción 
Finalmente estoy editado desde final cut el mismo pero el de prueba quedando lleno de parches :’(
No puedo abrirlo en ningún programa desde mi Mac, no reconoce el archivo
