Hi. I’m sorry. I cannot make a tutorial for this. But if you just type in YouTube how to use matte layers in the software you use, you will be able to find plenty of them.

Sorry I don’t use premiere. This can be actually used in any editing software which support luma mattes. You just have to use the background layer as the background. Left side content matte as the luma mate for your content (logo) on the left side. And right side content matte as the kuma matte layer for right side.

There are plenty of tutorial on youtube showing how to apply luma mattes in premiere.

I have supplied seperate mattes for each layer. You can easily composite it using any professional editing software.
