As you can read in the product description and also in the user guide, templates that use 3D elements require AE cc2017 or higher. (C4D render engine) If you can please submit a printscreen of the exact template that is generating this error and let me know what version of AE is installed, I will be happy to try to help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Olá Reis Junnior. Tudo bem? A licença “Regular” te permite criar videos ilimitados para um único cliente final (um cliente que te contratou para fazer um vídeo ou seu próprio canal do youtube por exemplo). Já a licença “Extended” te permite criar vídeos ilimitados pra CLIENTES ILIMITADOS.

Hi, when I add things like simple titles, there is a slider for “in” and “out” the “in” slider works fine but I don’t know how to let the title to “out” like in the preview.

Hey Andronik, Regarding the 3rd color in Backgrounds 08 and 09, you will need to customize it manually, as the original Template has option for only 2 colors. But I already jotted down your suggestion and will include similar backgrounds with 3 colors in the next big update to come.

Unfortunately, some Bg’s have very random and organic shapes and movements. This type of animation doesn’t allow a perfect loop, so the Bg already has a duration of 1 minute. (One option would be to pre-comp the desired BG and do time re-maping (Ping-Pong), but personally I think I would lose the flow of the movement).

All call-out customizations can be done in Effects Control of the imported Comp. (You do not need to change within Nested Composition). As for Fonts, original Adobe After Effect will sync all fonts automatically.

If you have knowledge of After Effects, yes. You can mix only parts of the elements. But be aware that it is not possible to change Mockups, Backgrounds and some other elements automatically, you need to make some minor manual modifications.
