There seems to be a big compatibility issue with the 2023 version of After effect. Indeed, the “Ray tracing 3d” rendering is no longer available on the new proposed versions of Adobe and changing the composition settings from the default 3D rendering to “Cinema 4D” simply closes the application. As if something bad had happened.
Tried on different windows computers… What to do?
EDIT: The bug was fixed this morning on the Aftereffect 23.1 version. Problem solved, everything works
Hey, first of all I want to say that the template looks great, unfortunately I have only one problem: I can’t render it. When I render, the first 2-4 seconds render normally within 2-3 minutes, but around the 4-5 second mark, the program stops rendering and just stops. I have let After Effects render for 11 hours now and nothing has happened and I just have a freeze frame. (I also moved the After Effects file to an external hard drive and put the location for the video on my internal hard drive).
My graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
My CPU: Intel Core i5 - 10400 F
My After Effects version: After Effects (22.5)
Edit: I also change the render from classic 3D to Cinema 4DPlease help me!

I just rendered this template in 1 Hour and 32 minutes on a Dell laptop running AE 18.0.0 (Build 39) with an Intel Core i7-7700HQ CPU, 16 GB RAM, 64-bit OS, Windows 10 Home Edition. Please render via the Render Queue inside of AE instead of Media Encoder, as ME will not render the 3D geometry of the text. 
hello i just bought this and wondered why it wasnt working correctly ….. Adobe 15.1.2 is no longer availabe and not supported . How can this be resolved ? If its not possible please can you refund me

As the above comment pointed out ray tracing is no longer available and neither is version 15.1.2 of AE. Can I please get a refund?

Hey there I’ve just purchased this and am just seeing now that its not compatible with the current after effects version I see that in some comments you’ve recommended people to download AE CC(15.1.2) however this isn’t available either. The background has loaded in but nothing else does and the text that does come up is just a default font with just a white and black color. This graphic looks really cool hopefully this all works out and I can use it in my project
After going into adobes files and changing a few things I got the Ray tracing 3d to work. You may want to look at updating this package in the future though because its going to become unsable soon to those that dont have access to older adobe software

Thanks for your purchase! In the composition labeled “01 EDIT LOGO HERE”, click the ‘Shy’ switch at the top of the timeline window. This will reveal the hidden layers. Next, expand the layer labeled “Text Reflection”. Then, expand the effects controls to reveal the “Colorama” effect. You can adjust the color using the Output Cycle, or disable the effect and simply add another color effect, such as Tritone, or Tint.

Sorry, the color of the second line cannot be changed independently from the main title.
Hello Super-8. Love this graphic and bought it to use in a project – great work ! However it does not seem to work in the latest version of AE2020 and Adobe won’t go back to AE2018 for older versions download. How can I use this now ? Thanks for your help with this.
Thanks for your purchase! As indicated in the item description, this template is not compatible with AE2020 at the moment. However, you should be able to download AE CC(15.1.2) and open it with no problems.

I just purchase this item. Cs6 Adobe says 21 files are missing. I cannot even edit the logo because one is not there. When I click on it, there is only a blank space. If this thing doesn’t work, I just want a refund.

Very long render (at least 12 hour render.) 3.4G i5 40GBRAM
We consistently render this template in approx. 35 minutes on a PC running Windows Enterprise 7, Intel Core i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 32GB RAM, 64-bit OS.
If you’re not already doing this, please render your movie to a separate hard-drive. When you render files to the same hard-drive where your project resides, you are forcing that hard-drive to perform two operations simultaneously: read and write. While this doesn’t lead to render times that are twice as slow, it does lead to reduced render times. Instead, try using one hard drive to run the program with assets and another hard drive to render the finished video.
Can someone tell me how to swap out the galaxy background video with the sunrise video background. I sent an email to support over a week ago and still no reply. Thank you!
Thank you for your purchase and we’re sorry for the delay in our response. In the project folder labeled “01 EDIT LOGO HERE” there is a “Scene Control” layer. Expand the layer to reveal the controls. You will see a control for the “Space Background” and “Sky Background”. Simpy choose “On” or “Off” in the checkbox.
can the Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 run this?

Really nice work! Looks great on final render. However, be aware…..I’m running a newer 8 core iMac and render time for this was 24+ hours. Cache is good, everything’s tweaked for top run status. 24+ hours. That’s a LONG time.
