Hey, thank you very much for purchase! You just need to download the zip archive from Download Section of your account. After that you need to unpack the archive by any unpack app(WinZip for example). And after unpacking you can go to Pack`s folder and open the Package in your Premiere Pro. Please, check the video tutorials too.

Hello i need help please , when i want to render my project it tells me this error code : -1609629690. I only get this when i use your your effects. My normal video has no problem in rendering. I changed the rendering option from GPU-ACCELERATION to software only now it is rendering , but 1. it takes a lot mor time to render it is very slow and 2nd this should work with gpu-acceleration because when i render in software mode on the titel effect it tels me that this needs gpu acceleration. please help me thank you
