I recently purchased the project you created, and I have to say, I’m truly impressed by your incredible work. However, I’ve encountered some technical issues that I hope you can assist me with.

The light bulbs aren’t appearing as expected. When I try to save the project, it freezes at the same spot and doesn’t allow me to proceed. I’m following the step-by-step instructions from the video, but unfortunately, I’m unable to make progress.

Hey I don’t have elements 3D it is to expensive. So I can’t use it? I bought It allready

or can I pay the designer to put It in so I can just download it since I don’t have the correct player to edit? I just have iMovie and cannot afford to buy the software needed
