Im really new to After Effects, and i got everything else…. but theres no audio, even after render. Is there no sound coming with this theme? I thought there would be. Its getting really frustrating, if you could help, thanks!

is it possible to use it as a flash intro for a website?
I am not a flash user, but after effects can export to various format, such as flv, swf, you can find this in file menu>export tab.
