Hi there, you don’t have to click offline all. You need to Link the media files. There is a video tutorial on the pack. Please follow the instructions and let me know. Regards

Thank you for the package. Since the 16MAR20 update I got a problem ( even after watching again and again the 5 tutorials ). It says File Import Failure. The importer reported a generic error. That is in regards to all transitions. Can you help?

Hi again, thanks for the video capture. It was very helpful. It looks like a random error, but if you click on Offline All, everything will work fine. Because the missing file is on the previews, and there is no issue with that on working regularly. Try this one and let me know.

Please observe the part after 0:39. You have to adjust two settings only once. 1. Enable the feature to insert from other sequences 2. Turn on the v1. Please mind that you have to tun the left V1, not the right one.

Sorry, still not working. Where exaclty should I click the first time? (just anywhere inside the blue rectangle, or on the blue icon within the red circle?). If I click on V1, I deselect it…Shouldn’t it be selected?
It’s very simple. As you on the video tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTWRMCLFDoY), you have to click first on the up left icon. This icon has to be enabled. That means the “erase line” has to be off. Secondly, click on the V1 (the left one) It has to be disabled. This is the correct. Mind that v2 and v3 on the left bar have to be enabled.
Please watch the video tutorial again carefully. If you follow it step by step, it should work.

Hi Team – i have noticed that when i add the effects later into the time line, like after 2 mins the effects are on the time line, but it doesn’t work – as in the transition is not fully visible. I tried exporting that part of the video but still not able to see the transition taking place.
