Ok, I’ve purchased this AE Project and it’s a very nice project. The issue is, it’s not what you present in your video. I’ve seen luispaiscom ask you twice about providing the comp for the presentation you made in your video. I also want to know how to get that comp as that’s what I thought I was purchasing. You have provided a lot, and that’s Ok, but you did not provide what we bought. That’s misleading and shouldn’t happen on Envato. Please provide what you represented we were getting. My next communication regarding this matter will be with Envato if you can’t or won’t. Thank you.

Like I said, you have an excellent product, but your description is vague at best. What you should say is, “Images, footages, and the AE Comp used to make the preview is for display only and not included.” We know that images and video footage used in most of the AE Projects placeholders are not normally included, but the “Preview” video is what you end up with in the AE Comp 99.99999999999999999999% of the time. I purchased this AE Project based primarily on the preview video, not just the Design Control and the Content Manager, which IMHO, is totally misleading on your part, or people wouldn’t be asking where the missing comp is. Let’s see what Envato has to say about this.
What I don’t understand is this, to date… you’ve sold 58 licenses. If you would include the preview as a comp, and make all aware that that comp is included, I’m sure you would have sold a lot more licenses. I don’t know… maybe you’re just not that motivated???
