Just purchased and I’m having trouble registering. It seemed to register fine but now I keep getting a message that I need to update the template… But when I click on continue it just takes me to the videohive root site.

3- Don’t fotget to update the “Coordinates” pre-comp .
You will get an email when we publish an updated to fix the current issue. All you need to download the template again.

Yes, you will need to re-download it.
In order to remove the satellite
1. set your location to the second coordinate
2. Trim the main comp just after the first zoom out marker.

Hi, no worries, I’m here to help you. This situation emerges If there’s something that you may block your connection (Firewall, antivirus, proxy).
As a quick workaround, I can generate the map images for you, if you let me know the coordinates you want to zoom-in.
