can the camera be adjusted? and are the noise elements actual single elements that could be repositioned and be worked with freely?

Yes, the noise elements is sparated layer,could be repositioned. For the camera movements may only shift and zoom cannot be rotated freely

Overall no plugins required, just prerendered fractal noise and flare Thanks
