Good day! So I purchased your Event promo but I did catch an error that I am having a very hard time to remove. Not to mention I think you are using a very new version of AE and it’s PC and I am using MAC…
But with that being said, on “Text_03” you have the letter “K” and when I go and type in my own wording, I am unable to remove that letter “K” all the other text I can remove letters and it’s fine.
So what I am thinking is that you may have either accidently left that letter “K” on in After Effects”and then when you brought it into Adobe, it’s just there unable to be removed. Or maybe you can share with me a solution on my end… maybe I’m missing something. Please share your thoughts on this.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we can’t fix this issue right now. I can send you the same project in After Effects. It is edited very easily. And the computer on which the project was built, does not matter. I apologize for our mistake.
