Hi, this project is not useable. Instead of having an image file of the laptop it is only pre-rendered video so you can’t change the position/scale/rotation etc. Everything is locked in and not changeable which defeats the purpose.
I just downloaded the Desktop Clean Presentation today for a rush project but I can’t even use it. I am getting an error “source compression type not supported”. Do you have a compatible files for Adobe After Effects 2019? I really need it. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
I bought this and just now finding out that there is an issue with this template. Is there anyway to convert the video files to be supported? This was the perfect template but I can’t use it as it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. This bug was in some of the new versions of After Effects (not open files of the mov format), Adobe fixed it, you need to update your software version to latest. How did you save this file to mp4 to stay this file not bigger than 20.7 MB ? My mp4 file is more than 300 MB after saving
