Hi, something must be blocking the script connection. I suggest you check everything firewall, antivirus etc.

Hi I am trying to zoom into tristan da cunha, when i use the Map browser toolkit i get the co-ordinates -37.11382,-12.28640 which is fine, but when i input these into AA the satellite zooms into the wrong position. Tristan is the middle of the atlantic, however the map zooms into the coast just off Africa?
It should be noted that the correct map images are displayed, it just zooms to the wrong position on the globe…

I enter the coordinates and click Download Map Images. It starts downloading, but never finishes. I waited for at least 30 minutes. Plus it never downloaded the images to the Scene Folders. Here’s my coordinates. Please send my maps or help me resolve this problem.
ALSO how do I move from one coordinate to the next without zooming out to space/earth?

Is it possible to limit the zoom out so its not the full globe? so you can zoom out a little way to another location nearby? is there any work-around?

Hi, there’s a work-around but it requires extension and keyframe updates and it’s not suitable for lots of location.

Hi, Can you give me more details about the issue please. How does it get stuck. AE crashes or not response?
I suggest you try to purge “Edit -> Purge -> All Memory&Disk Cache”

soon as I enter coordinates in location 1 in Map generator- after highlighting google maps and then download map images it’s and asking me to save the project? it’s not downloading images like in the tutorial please help I have used various versions of this template with old map generator this is the first time I have had an issue

MotionApe, I have installed the program on my mac, disabled gatekeeper, dragged the script files into the adobe after effects scripts ui folder and the map image generator still isn’t working. I am working on after effects 2019 16.1.1 Mojave 10.14 I have used this program before but now the map image generator will not work. Please help
