Hey there, we only provide support for customers who’ve purchased an item on the Marketplace. But to somewhat answer your question, After Effects is not a program set up for live broadcast environments. All graphics need to be pre-rendered before airing.

The email has been forwarded to the account you’ve provided above. If you haven’t received it within a minute or 2, please check your spam folder and add the address to your contacts.

The template is designed in a standard widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio. Since mostly everything in the template is editable, you could certainly reposition the graphics to work in a portrait environment. But the project doesn’t currently come with any templates that would immediately work in portrait mode.

Since the resolution is 1080 pixels tall, the graphics could also be cropped if you think the resolution is high enough to meet your needs.
