Hello, I just bought this and my left clicker doesn’t work in after effects template. It works everywhere else except your template. Only the right side of my mouse works. Why won’t my left side of my mouse work with your template. is there a specific setting that i have to fix. please help.
Hi, thank you for choosing my template! I have never faced with the situation like this ever before. Something is wrong with AE. Template can’t influence such parameters as mouse buttons. That’s just a save file. Try to reboot your computer. If it doesn’t work, open the template in another version of AE.
The project cannot be opened. Was created with windows 64. I have a mac, what should I do?
Hi, thank you for choosing my template! After Effects project files are not OS dependent. Most likely the message you are getting is a notification that you are using an older version of After Effects. If you have a newer version of After Effects (CC 2014 or higher), all you need to do is click OK in a pop-up message and the project file will open. If you have an older version (below the CC 2014), the project will not open because AE doesn’t have backward compatibility.
Okay, I understand. Updated the software, fonts were missing. Not a big deal, but is there something else I need to do to enable the saber background text? I’m just seeing a white layer and no saber effect. the project seems out of sorts and very hard to tell why it doesn’t look like the promo/tutorial.
You can find font link in the description file. You have to install Saber on the updated version of AE and it will work.
