Hello, I tried installing the newst update of your pack and iinstalled it like in the tutorial. But if I try to use something https://gyazo.com/33b6f0baff95c1a3a99416f5ad331944 this is what I see and if I click on one of them I get a message saying that the path is not valid
Hi! It looks as if the extension cannot find the path. Try to move the pack to root folder. For example, D:\RTFX pack\ Then install the pack again.

Hi! According to Envato license details Standart license(Regular and Extended) allows to use the item in a single end product, but it might be a series. So if you plan to create a series for Youtube(or other social medias), you can buy Regular license and update it once a year (for 52 series per year). Extended license allows to sell the end product to your customers(you don’t need this type of license for Youtube, except for Youtube Red)

Hi! Thanks for your interest) 1) “is it RTL” Can you clarify your question, please? 2) We’ve developed the special extension for AE that help you to work with the pack more convenient. It’s not drag&drop, but it takes just double-click on the preset to add it to your project. However, you can also work with the pack in any compositing and editing software by using pre-rendered animation(except for Typography, some transition and tool presets)
thanks for the quick answer, RTL means right to lefy in type which it works with other languages that are right to left? + is the ae extansion free and if so how do i get it once i bought the pack?
1) Logo sets and lower thirds are RTL but Title-presets are more flexible and allow to use up to down texts) In addition, original fonts work with only English symbols, but you can use your set of fonts that support suitable languages. 2) The extension is a part of RTFX Generator. Once you buy the product, all next updates will be free.

I renamed the .zxp file to a ’.zip’, took the RTX folder inside and pasted it into the two locations outlined in the ‘how to delete old version’. Inside AE I installed RTFX.pack file and entered my purchased code. Works fine.

Hi. Nice item thank you but i think it miss something. A tool that we can mix elements and preview the result before applying into a composition. Is there any idea how to do that ?? becaues its a pain to add elements and remove each time and project panel get full with no used element composition

Hi, i have a problem- i cannot put the transitions in my final cut pro x, because its .mov not .png. HELP ?

Hi! All of MOV-clips must work fine. It seems, you need to install codecs. What OS are you using? Mac or Windows? What is AE version?

I couldnt find instruction for trasitions neither
Effects i just import and add to timeline simply.
But when it comes to transitions i go to „home” and move it to transitions through motion templates it just doesnt work.
Please pay attention that this is After Effects version. Other compositing and editing software are supported by using pre-rendered clips. It means, you can’t use Typography, Tools and Seamless transition elements with FCPX.

Hi! Are you talking about Seamless transitions? It’s OK. There are only simple directions on the thumbnails. You can see a video preview at the top of the RTFX extension panel.
sorry, this problem is not only ‘transitions’. it include ‘FX elements’, ‘Typography’, ‘Background’... any other function. Can you give me your email address? Then I’ll give you an image for this problem.

Hi, big fans of the product, but after updating to the new version, we no longer have your old ‘Tools’ menu for combining fx, etc. Everything seems to work fine otherwise. We live-and-die by your Sprite Sheet Generator: is there a way to get those tools back, or should we use the previous version of RTFX? Thanks!

If you simply packaged the Sprite Sheet Generator as a separate (complimentary) tool so we can take advantage of any additional art updates for RTFX, that would be an instant purchase for us. If we need it, I’m sure others do as well. The Sprite Sheet Generator is P U R E G O L D ! ! What are the chances?

Hi! Try to use these ways: 1) Close the ZXPinstaller and run it again. Then drag ‘RTFX.zxp’ to the ZXPinstaller window 2) or click on the ZXPinstaller window and select the path with ‘RTFX.zxp’ location
If it doesn’t help, redownload the archive from Videohive.net. It might be corrupted

Thanks for your superfast reply! To answer your question: I just doubleclick on an effect to add it to my timeline. Some work without a problem, others (especially liquid and smoke transfers) give me the error message. I hope this is sufficent information, as I’m away from my computer now and can’t record a screen video.

I’m using the after effect CC 2018 for Windows10 64 bit. I Installed extensions as zxp and downloaded RTFX.pack. When I run, I get the message “Script Alert – 1473 Error”.
