Hi Integnity, the background photo keeps jerking, I followed it step by step. I tried multiple images but i still keep getting the jerk effect and ended up doing the 2.5D manually instead. Can I get a refund on this? Thank you.

dammmm I missed the sale!!!!

Why is the price with a discount of $ 53, and falls into the basket with the price of $ 89 ? So how much is it?

Hi there, it looks like you’ve missed our 40% off sale that ended yesterday evening. We can add you to our mailing list if you want to be notified when we run promotions in the future – let us know on https://chat.integnity.com

Absolutely! Have a look at this tutorial for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wm7I8vhT4Wg

It takes forever to receive email verification to activate the account. May as well take a dirt nap then.

It should be immediate but make sure to check your spam folder as well since some emails might get trapped there. If it’s not there, just get in touch with us on https://chat.integnity.com and we’ll activate your account manually.

Thank you for always staying so committed to Photomotion!!!!! :D It would be more than incredible if you could look at possibilities of moving away from After Effects to Fusion maybe or include in non-linear editing programs like Final Cut Pro – that would just make the UNIVERSE explode :)))))

Hello Integnity, Your thumbail looks low res. If possible do change it is looking low res as other product thumbnails beside look sharp and more attractive. Just a suggestion, as thumbnail is the first think the customers looks at to check out the product.

Thanks CraveGraphics, unfortunately this is outside of our control as Envato is automatically resizing preview images down to 590px (video preview image, thumbnails are capped at 80px) even though the original resolution is @4x. Envato is currently upgrading the way these images are served so hopefully this would be something they look into as well.

This is a an awesome update and thank you very much for producing such a fantastic template.

When can we expect Facebook 3D support, or is there a tutorial on how to render out the depth maps?

Awesome update, BTW! Thanks!

Thanks! We are planning to introduce native support for Facebook 3D in one of our upcoming updates (no ETA yet). Ideally every Photomotion projection should be able to give you 100% compatible animations with Facebook 3D. Definitely stay tuned for more updates on our blog: https://blog.integnity.com

Awesome!

The changelog for v10.2 brings up 404 on your site.

Can you let us know what’s changed in the new version?

Thanks for reporting. Videohive was faster in approving this update than we were at enabling the blog post :) Fixed now.

Thanks! Wow this looks like a great update. Can’t wait to try!

Hi,

Is Photomotion X – Biggest Photo Animation Toolkit (5 in 1) compatible with After Effects CS6?

Thank you.

Photomotion X is not compatible with CS6 (you will need CC version 2015 or newer). If you are still running on After Effects CS6, you can use our older version although updates to that version has been discontinued since December last year.

Hi, I’m curious about the 3D face mapping – could this work on animals / illustrated characters?

Hi sarahdj, we’re rolling out a new update to Photomotion – Portrait soon, that will make animation of animals possible (although it would require a specific approach to create these depth maps so we will be releasing a tutorial on how to do that). Same goes for illustrated characters – if they have human-like features (eyes, ears, nose, mouth) you will be able to use our Xray system, otherwise the same approach as with animals would be required.

So exciting! Thank you!!

Hi Integnity, Im having issues with Parallax, namely being the Clone Stamp Tool, following the tutorial but my results don’t come close for removal of layers. Could you sent me a support email?

Hi trendzfair, it would be great if you could contact our tech support on our live chat https://chat.integnity.com with screenshots or your files so that we can help you quickly and efficiently :)

Awesome new update. Congratulations for the good work!!! ;)
