Hi, The surface of the animated letters doesn’t look the same in the project file download as it does in the example video in your item description. There’s no information in the tutorials about how to fix the surface of the animated letters. Please let me know ASAP what I need to do to fix this. Thanks, Phil
I’ve dug into the project a bit and it looks like the issue is that the project seems to require the Sports Pack plugin and the Pro Shaders 2 plugin: https://postimg.cc/ykBMXsDt
However the project description says that the only required plugins are Pro Shaders, Elements3D, and Trapcode Particular: https://postimg.cc/JHQddHsg
I’ve already purchased Pro Shaders, Elements3D, and Trapcode Particular. Before I invest more money into this project, please confirm that what I’m seeing is correct and the project does indeed require the Sports Pack plugin and the Pro Shaders 2 plugin.
Please let me know any other plugins that are also needed.

I’ve just purchased this item as well as all of the required plugins and it looks great. The only thing that was missing from my purchase download was the SFX. Where can I download the SFX? Please let me know where I can download the SFX ASAP as this is for a time sensitive project. Many thanks, Phil
I’ve created my own sound design so no need to send me the SFX files. I’m having an issue with how the letters look, I’ll give more details in a separate comment.

HI, I am very interested in buying this project and have the necessary plugins. However I feel the SFX audio is a important part of the project and would like to ask where can I acquire them? or can I get them from the author?
I cannot believe that with so many people asking the Author for the accompanying Audio FX, that an update to the file isn’t made or simply state on the description, sold separately etc. Not even a reply to requests!!!

I agree Shadow_1 the problems with these kinds of Plugins is that there are people who don’t have them, especially the New Version of Element 3D V2 and Trapcode V2 Many people are still using the V1 versions and its expensive as it is to upgrade. Authors should always consider making a No Plugin version to go with the version that has Plugins that way everyone who wants to buy can be able to use the Project.

i try the hole week to render this, but i always geht an Elements 3D Crash, no matter what kind of render method i use. is there a workaround or tip for this?

I have a big problem, it just will not render after he logo. It stops at 10.16 with render. No matter what i do it doesn’t render the rest. Also at the end of the logo when the skull screams there is a glitch on the screen in the preview. In the final versin not, is that correct? Sorry for all these questions but i’m out of ideas.
The project works fine, most likely you use a pirated free version, because you are not marked as a buyer, I recently fixed some bugs, buy there everything works fine …
