super unhappy. boxes don´t fit for the text i tried and most of them are not adjustable.

Hi, I’ve been using Boxd and it’s great but in 4K Boxd 17, the title keeps cutting the last letter in the second (lower) source text, branding it unusable. The sliders just make the box thicker or thinner, not longer. What should I do? I tried deleting and reinstalling that title but it still has the same problem.

Hello, I’m trying to get rid of the white background.
When I click the eyeball the whole thing gets hidden. How do I remove just the white background as your demo?

How can I remove the backgrounds black/white background, so I can use the text effects on my videos? These templates are useless if i cannot make the background transparent to fit my videos.
If there is a background layer, just turn the solid layer off.
For example a template has a box with text inside it – ok, but behind the box there is a white/black background. Can I remove it or I have to use it like that and there is no way fix this?
Turn that layer off. Click eyeball next to it.

Hi, I just board this, looks great, thank you for your work. But some of the titles are cutting letters and signs at the bottom, like the comma. Also Ä, Ö, Ü are not useable. Please help! If I need to change to the After Effects version, it’s possible. I just wouldn’t like to pay a second time. Thanks for your replay!
How do you change fonts?
Hello, You cannot yet change fonts using premiere pro and MOGRT files. We’re all waiting for this feature to become available with Adobe. This looks almost perfect, but unfortunately doesn’t seem to have an option for rectangles with rounded corners (noticeably missing from Essential Graphics in PP, so very much desired for something like this).
Never got a response to this question I asked. Its basic, I am surprised its not clearly answered here in the comment section. I want to remove the white background on one of the mogrts, does not seem easy/possible. But in one of your marketing images for the same mogrt I can see the background has been removed. “we thought things would be different…” etc. Thank you for the assistance.
