Hi! Love the FX pack, really great work. I had a question about scaling FX to be larger than their current default size. So for example if I have a brush liquid effect, it’s default is 1920×1080 but I can see the animation is made using a mask so I should be able to just scale up the whole thing without loosing resolution. I can’t seem to do that using the control layer though. Just wondering what would be a good process for resizing? Thanks so much!

Hi! They have to work. In general, the problem is lack of appropriate codecs. You need to install the latest pack of codecs.

Actually, it should work with standart codecs. Maybe your archive is broken. Try to redownload the pack.

I purchased this for Mac OS and I can’t for the life of me get the script to run. This is extremely frustrating. The error I am getting is “Unable to execute script at line 2727. After Effects error: Path is not valid. Path: ”/Users/.../RTFXgen/host/source/templates/MOV preview.aep”” This is when I press “Create Gallery” button. I don’t even have the option to enter my license key as this error pops up. Please help, I have tried uninstalling adobe and reinstalling adobe. I have tried used Adobe CC 19, 18, 17, and 16. I have also tried running the CSXS_activate command. Nothing seems to work.
What’s more, when I check the path, I am able to find the file.

By the way, we’re going to release a new version of the extension new week + new 500 elements. It will be more powerful and easier, but it won’t support ‘Create Gallery’ tool and other tools.

I updated to AE2019 and download the pack from Videohive again and reinstall the extension,but still can’t use.
Hi! Did you manage to run the extension from “Window >Extension>RTFX Generator”? If it doesn’t work, you need to run CSXS_activate_СС2019 file. Can you record a screen video with the issue? It might help to solve the problem much faster. And don’t forget that it’s possible to use FX-elements without the extension. Just open “RTFX_pack [CS6].aep” in the “AE-project” folder.
When i use “Edit”,AE project window import all RTFX pack source comp. Use “tool”,pop up “unable to execule script at line 1699,undefined is not an object”.

Or you can use the FX-pack without the extension…till the beginning of the next month. We plan to release a new version of the extension + a huge update.
How is this different from Elemental 2D FX pack [300 elements] ?

Hi! We got rid of the Exe-installer in the last update because of an Envato restriction. There is only one way to install the extension – manual. However, we’re going to release a new version with a ZXP-installer in a month.

Hello, i used my purchase code a few times on the same pc when i had windows 7 around when i first purchased the rtfx Generator. I just recently upgraded to windows 10 on the same pc and i tried to use my purchase code right after i installed after effects and it said i already used it 3 time and wont let me use the rtfx anymore. I am still working on the project that i initially bought it for. Is there anything that can be done?

Hello again i have a question! Is there a way to like deactivate the plugin from my after effects so I wont waste the code? Because I think may be running into a serious issue with windows 10 to where I may have to reinstall it, but I don’t want to make the same mistake again of using them all up. Is this possible?

Guys, you made very good work with footages, i like it very much, but your extension is so uselesss, i hate it at all. If i double click on footage – nothing happens, and if i use edit button – i got completely ALL FOOTAGES in my project, it is not nessesary, you know? You should look at “Motion Bro” extension, it works much better with footages.
