Hello there , when you drop an item in sequence and select that layer you can see font property in “Essential graphic” panel or Motion Factory setting panel ( if you are using our free Motion Factory plugin )
Hello, I just bought this product and I installed it. I like the animations and the product but I don’t like that I cannot make the background transparent.. Is there any option you could add that to the package?. That would be really nice.
I just bought the after effects package and the only thing that I get on the folder is a txt file that tells me to download the documentation from the website, and honestly I don’t know what I need to download. is the after effect package the same as premiere? did I order this other one for nothing? what is this?

I don’t find any installation help for After Fx and I want to know what is the difference between Premiere Only and Pre and After Fx. I only see installation in Premiere on the link you give me. Does this mean that by installing it for one is installed for both of them?, I ask this because I installed it first for Premiere only , and after I bought the other one for Pre & After Fx, .. without doing any installation in after Fx I can now access the files and change all values. Is it linked to my email address? so my question is, why did I pay 10 dollars more for the other one, if I could edit the package Premiere Only in after fx anyway? Please help me here with this issues, otherwise I want to get my money refunded for my second purchase… I don’t understand.
Thanks for letting us know about the situation , if you are using Motion Factory 3 ( file manager ) you can import the Mogrt files on both Premiere and After Effect , but in After Effect you have the ability of changing typography and complex setting which is not possible in Premiere , about the background issue and about the additional purchase please contact us on http://help.pixflow.net so we can help you there as soon as possible.

Hello I just bought this and installed everything but I do not see where I can change the fonts as stated we could also in the instruction that came with it said something about installing essentail graphics but that folder did not come with the down load

Hello there , you can use motion factory 3 to use our typoking package in Premiere ,
1 – Please download Motion factory https://pixflow.net/products/motion-factory/premiere-pro/
2 – Install it on your system https://help.pixflow.net/hc/en-us/articles/360008851573-Motion-Factory-Premiere-installation
3 – Launch premiere , check window >> extension >> motion factory
4 – Now import the folder of typoking which contains all other folders which contains mogrt file and start using mogrt files.

You can’t edit in a premiere project what’s the point of this project
You need to leave VIDEOHIVE complaints. You cannot delete the background at the premiere.

hello there , unfortunately these features are not available in Premire 2018 , but it will be available in 2019 which we are working on , you can purchase our other package which has both premiere and aftereffect version and we will refund your current license after your purchase.

Is there any way to change the font or text character within Premiere?
For now due to premire restriction this option is not available but they added this feature to 2019 version which are working on it to place it on our product future updates as soon as possible.

I have followed your exact directions on how to install the premiere typoking, by pasting the premiere folder into the essential graphics folder and then opening premiere up, but the plug in never shows up I need some help thank you.

Can you explain to me why I would need After Effects if the plugin that I would like to Use is in Adobe Premiere? And yes my apps our up to date and I have followed those steps already and it didn’t work.

Sorry but there is an issue on 2019 AE as they updated their expression engine , we are working on this issue and we hope to find the solution in next 72 Hours , meanwhile you can still use the 2018 version of AE without any issue.
