Hello. Got the same problem as everyone elese here. All .png and .ai files are offlines. Can you give a solution here, that way we won’t have to all create a ticket and wait for an answer ?

I just purchased this today (3-28-19). Having purchased other items off this site, they sometimes include a Composition of the preview video so help make it easier to pick out what animations we want to use. Is that something that would be available, or would I just have to watch the preview video?

How do you extend the video holders? It seems like the video holders only last . 30 seconds and I tried extending it through the composition setting because my video is longer than 30 seconds and I keep losing the video holder since the video holder is only 30 seconds then disappears.

Using Motion Factory video holder. You can use any of the video holder items. All of them only allow you to use 30 seconds of a video clip. I tried extending the video holder through the composition setting to a minute but it still did not work.
Using the HiTech Builder in motion factory called “Video Holder” All of them are the same only allow 30 seconds

Hi there, If you want to create the videos just for one brand or one company you can use that item with Regular license.
I would like to use these in my personal channel, so I assume that falls into “one brand” and I can use it in more than one video, is this correct understanding? If I’d like to use it for another channel, then I’d need 2nd license, correct?

If I select an effect, for example 1.Circle or 2.Circle, then this effect will be created in the composition -> thats ok. In the preview you can see how the effect builds up and removals at the end. But in my composition, only the builds up of the effect is created but not the removals of the effect! Why?

Hi – Can I please have a refund on this – I sent you a support request in December at http://pixflow.net/ticket and I have yet to receive a reply. I cannot do simple things like change the colour of the infographic elements as the ai files seem to be locked. They’re all useless to me as our company’s corporate guidelines are that all videos must have a white background … so I cant see any of them!
Ignore this – after quite a lot of googling, I have discovered the “Generate fill” effect. You should really provide a better guide on how to use / modify this as you have very little information on your website (or I cant find it) I really would like to change the size of the callouts so I can actually fit the text I want in there, but have no idea how (if I can at all!?)

I’ve spend an hour trying to get this HUD pack to work. This was suppose to SAVE me time but has completely wasted my morning. All the elements .AI files are offline. I’ll start a ticket or whatever but I would not recommend buying this. There are plenty more HUD packs to choose from.

Hello there , please click on top right button which open the dashboard , there from pack section you can install packs manually and without drag and dropping.
This product was great in the past, now it’s kind of worthless. You need to download some kind of additional programs (Motion Factory) to run it in After Effects. In the past you could easily load the file directly. I would not recommend to buy… Sadly I did not saved old version…
They still say: Files Included After Effects Project Files But that’s a lie! Only *.mfg files…

MotionFactory doesn’t work. I can open the plugin and do nothing. Also import not possible. I wrote a ticket to get the old version which was working fine. Thanks for the fast response.
