Im use AE 16.0.1(build48) at win 10 pro 10.0.17134×64, i activated the script OK. but dosent work, i follow de manual but dosent import images to Store Media -> Photos. I open all the photos to Lightroom and export all jpeg adobeRGB (1998). Try again, and nothing happend. I manual import photos and main photo to the store media -> 01-Photos, but dont show photos at project. What can i do? This work with AE for windows? If dosent work i want my money back. ok ?

There seem to be a lot of mixed reviews. If I buy it and it doesn’t work do I get a refund?
The template works, the only reason why people can’t get it to work is because they either have a firewall/antivirus on their machine or network that stops the purchase code from validating and because some photos that they are trying to import is corrupted or the wrong format.
In regards to the firewall/antivirus, you just need to turn it off temporary to validate the code.
Just purchased and installed everything as it should. Every time I open the AE file included it asks to convert from Mac, I press OK. It sits and thinks for a while then crashes every time. I am using AE 2019 CC. Any ideas?
Hmm. What are your computer specs? It seems like after effects is not liking something? Are you able to reinstall After Affects? Or even try installing the 2018 version and see how you go?

There is some sort of grey line appearing round every photo (noticeable on white background photos. Is there a way to remove this effect and just have the exactly like the photo you upload (i.e. with no boarder) Many Thanks

can you change the background on the part when the photos fly in? It’s only allowing me to change when they are on the grid.
Hi there, There is no background set for the scenes where the photos are dropping down. This was purposely left out, just wanted to give a sense of infinity as the photos float down.
Ok. But is it possible to put a black background during that drop down section?

BTW – I tried re-rendering all the photos in Photoshop (batch) as Adobe RGB
