had an issue at first with the transitions, in no time they answered all my questions and helped me with everything (turns out it was a problem with my pc, not with the transitions).

yes hello, i just bought your 1100 transition package… im running it.. just the way your tutorial says how to. but my zoom transition are not smooth… there seem to be a little delay when transition approaches to the other clip… like it pauses then the rest motion appears.. its not smooth enough halfway … am i missing something ? like motion blurr stuff…. please help me out
hmm it seems everyone who purchased had the same issue… i should have read before i did the purchase… if it does not solve , its gonna be my bad… im confused and disapointed
i think i found a glitch from long hours of digging deep… i found that your sequences have frame justification issues… like im editing on 25 frames.. and your package is made in 30 frames… that is why its lagging halfway.. i already changed your project seq to 25fps but lag is still there, how to fix this please send me 25 frames or 50 frames based project files. before you say to check it on 30 frames… i already did that… i made my seq in 30fps and still your transitions lag… while some are working fine… ZOOM is the only reason i spend money on it.. please keep this in mind

1. For some Reason when premiere pro tries to locate
“Transitions – FullHD – 1920×1080.prproj” have of the folders are located, the other half have a directory that looks like this
“C:/Users/Dmitry/Desktop/Transition Premiere Pro”
i have no user named “Dmitry” on my computer
2.The files once loaded onto the team line are view as “Offline”

Hi, I just purchased this pack and I am very sad. When I put transition to jpg picture it works perfect, but when I put it on video it doesnt work nice, its fast and glitchy and jumpy, dont like it, and dont know how to fix it because values on adjustment layers are 0 at the begining, dont know what to do and why transition dont behave well on videos :/ . I use premier pro cc 2018
So several transition groups have glitches, jumpcuts, not working properly on all videos, I tried different files. Maybe its because I have AMD graphic card, but when I try to import project for AMD I cant because its saved in newer version. I have cc 2018 12.0 … Please fix this for me, I cant use properly 50% of transitions. But its really strange that every transition is working perfectly on pictures, but not videos, dont understand that…why? Help please!!! Dont ask me for screenshots, you can enter my PC through teamviewer to see, just fix this or refund me.

Does this not work with GoPro 4k video footage? I’m following the steps to add the effects and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. My video properties are 2704×1520 and i’m using the recommended preset but for the adjustment layer it’s showing up as 2074×1520. Seem’s to work fine with pictures but not with my video.

i see i’m not the only person having difficulty with this package. i purchased, downloaded, unzipped, and tried to use but premier couldn’t locate some of the elements. i couldn’t find them in any of the folders. i also sent email in on contact page NO REPLY. i would not buy this. also i would like a refund. thanks GoGold

never said didn’t need help said had no time had to go to work. waited a day for a response to email. i spent half a day trying to make this work. good for the 400 plus who like i saw a couple of users who had problems. so not everyone happy. i don’t want to spend any more time on this. to busy i was looking for something quick and easy this was not.so send me to your tech support for refund unless that’s a difficult task.so refund works better and i will look for another solution. thanks GG
