Very Heavy project to work with. I have macbook pro with highest configration and graphic card and the project is pain to just move a frame even and to open the project itself taking somewhere between 10-15mins. Looks great, doesnt work that way. I have requested a full refund and no has come back yet and its been 3 days now.

1. The project has no version for Mac OS.
2. The template is perfectly optimized and works pretty quickly on I7 with six cores.
3. Regarding the refund, we, as the authors of the template, have no influence on this situation.
p.s. if everything was as bad as you say, then someone from 30 buyers would not be silent after spending their money.

Thank you so much, i ll make sure not to buy anything from you guys. I have to buy other one to finish the project. I am sure you know whats making it so slow. Hopefully you will fix it so other people wont go through what i have.
Sorry, but we will never follow the path of deterioration in the quality of our templates, due to weak computers. The more so when even I7 does an excellent job with the work, even when creating a template, not to mention simple editing. We hope you receive a refund soon. Sorry one more time !
2.9 Core i7, 16 GB, 8 GB Radeo Pro Graphic Card. If this is weak computer then your meaning of fast and smooth template would be different.
There is some small text with your name in each scene and also a mobile menu icon that I can not remove. Pls explain how to remove these 2 items.

In the After Effect compositions there is a button “hide all layers for whitch the `Shy` switch is set”, is located next to the “motion blur for all layers”. When you turn it off, you will see all the hidden layers. Find the ones you need and uncheck the “hides video” (eye).
