Hi there thanks for the purchase. About the first one you have to watch the video tutorial about the offline files. For the second one please watch the firstoffline tutorial. You have to adjust few settings before the first drag n drop. The video tutorials have VoiceOver so it will be easy to follow the steps. Let me know if that helps you

so I have done link media. and its working good. question is do I have to link all the time with new project or can it be saved as presets on premiere pro?
Hi there, you could save the default project and then you have to import them in every new project. If you are working on a new version of premiere 18 and above, you could work more than one project every time, so you have to open the project. Let me know if that helps you. Regards

Seems like they stopped working after the update of premiere i did earlier this week. They drag and drop fine, but dont have the zoom effect
If i open a sequence with your transition and exchange your footage with mine it works perfect. If i drop the transitions on the other timeline it doesnt same settings

Found the issue. I ahve an adjustement layer where i have a crop effect for black bars. When i enable this everything works perfect. How can i have the letterbox effect and your transitions?

When I go to use the transition, it’s saying it cannot locate the footage…I’m completely new to Premiere. Bought this bc it sounded super easy. I wish. It never is for me. Please help me?
I’m running CC 2017. It’s asking me to either locate the footage or make it all offline.
I’m unable to preview any of the transitions before dragging and dropping.

Oh nearly forgot, transitions preview doesn’t work on my pc at work or on my main pc here at home. Previews list shows 16 clickable links on left, have to scroll for all previews.small thing but just “sayin”. Cheers.

Im very confused, are all the transitions in project format? Is there anyway to have them under the “effects” tab in Premiere Pro so I don’t have to go find a specific one. Just seems like a hassle to me.

Hi! Does all of your transistions work with AMD-cards? The other transition pack I have that I bought on this site has a problem with AMD-cards on a few transitions.
They work better with “CUDA”. If your AMD supports CUDA it will be fine. Regards
Okay. I have a mac, so the only option would be to render using either open cl or metal. How does your templates handle that?
