Big problem with mov files – After Effects can’t recognize and no option already to install an older versions from Creative Cloud – minimum versaion available is 2018
Sorry, Adobe company has ceased to support the mov format. You need to convert video. I tried to just do this to update the project. But unfortunately the files are very large and I can not upload them. There is a limit on uploads. And the mov files were excellent in combination of quality and volume.
Hello, I spent several hours to find what app can decode it and didn’t find
some of mov files not working with AE CC 2018..could anybody help?
