Hey, I just downloaded the package and read the tutorial carefully. The Montserrat font is installed correctly and can be shown in Premiere, but the font won’t appear in the graphics.(Instead it’s a different). So I tried to change the font to original one according to the tutorial, but After Effects cannot open the Essential Graphics file (the way it shows in the tutorial via “open new project—> open file”). What can I do? I have the whole Creative Cloud suite and the newest 2019 version of Adobe Premiere and AE.

Hi, I bought and downloaded your title pack and was very excited to use them however they take such an incredibly long time to even load I can’t even watch my footage back… I have updated versions of both premier and after effects and even when I save the project locally on my computer it still takes hours to render one title.
Hello! This project should render faster. It could be problem with your Premiere Pro settings. I will check.
I checked one more time and it rendering very fast. So this problem not because of the project.

Hi again, I’m having the same issue with these titles as I did with the “Big titles” one. Asks for Adobe After Effects and I have it installed (the same version as premiere).

Hello! This project definitely works correctly. If you update your After Effects and the Premiere Pro to the latest version everything will work. And make sure that the version of AE and PP is compatible.
As I’ve told you previously I have Premiere Pro CC 2017 and AE CC 2017. They should work with this project as they are working with the “Big Titles” project now. So you’re saying that now I need to upgrade my AE and premiere?
This error does not occur because of the project. Something wrong with Adobe programs. So I would advice you to upgrade AE and PP to the latest versions
I bought the Premiere Pro version and it needs AE when I try to use it. Same problem as albayyati. pointsize@gmail.com
