Firstly I want to say this is a great product, I’ve really enjoyed using it! However I have just updated to adobe after effects 2018 If you try to move a file an error message appears reading “The specified file is invalid or too long”.

Hi, You just need to purchase an extended license. That will be enough.
Just to clarify – 1 license for 1 commercial, or we can use it whenever we’ll need it after that?
With one extended license you can produce unlimited number of content inside one country with one studio. So if several studious will use this project, then you will need several licenses. Hope that brings some light.

We have replace MOV with PNG sequence a few months ago so it’s all good now.

I watched them a couple of time but I mean, how can we have the folders on the left of the screen like you without anything opened ? because the only way I found is to open the project ” 140 Flash Fx elements CC 2018 ” and once I open it everything is open (templates, previsualization etc). So i’m stuck here… and sorry if I bother you ^^‘
No no just the windows with all the folders on the left, in the classic version I mean. Moreover I can’t save a project I don’t know why.
You just need to import the file in After Effects via File -> Import File. That’s it.
To save the project you can use menu File -> Save As.

Does the Extended License only cover multiple videos on a YouTube channel or would it cover videos on a website (especially if they link or reference out to the YouTube channel)? Would I need to buy two separate Extended licenses to cover all videos on the website and all the videos on the Youtube channel as well? I already bought the Standard when I though it was only going to be one long video but now it looks like I’ll be making several very short videos instead and want to make sure I’ve got the right license(s) Thanks

Hi, You can use it in AEviewer. This project has a dedicatet folder for AEviewer. Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of this project.
No, it does not work. AEviewer says that I have not allowed to use this files there.
This is very strange, after buying big pack I was suggested to buy this effects for my aeviewer. And you cannot upgrade aeviewer. You need to buy new licence for every pack?! Think if you have to pay for finder every time you make a new file on your computer. I will warn everyone for this product.
I apologize for the confusion, but we have information that AEviewer that comes with Big Pack, works only with elements and projects from Big Pack. To use all other projects inside AEviewer, you need to purchase full version on aescripts.com This is a mighty instrument to organize and browse your and purchased project, presets, fonts and all multimedia files. Finder or Explorer doesn’t have those features.
Yes it is a good example for how confusion your customers. And leave them, with a very bad experience, and without trust for buying more of your products. And why are they no possibilites to upgrade, just buy it again?!! Not great. I am not satisfied with this.
We have all information about that on Big Pack product page and AEviewer is not neccessary to use 140 FlashFX elements. It’s a tool of choice and you decide how you want to work. I’m just saying that a major part of customers then went and bought full version of AEviewer because they have enjoyed using it with Big Pack of Elements. Hi, how do i install the product on Ae viewer?? i previously bought the ae presets but i dont see the new tools

Thank you, I went ahead and did what you said, now when I double click to create an effect, it takes a very long time to do so, over 1 minute and then once the effect is created, when i click on it, I get an error “After Effects warning: undo mismatch, will attempt to fix”

Hello, I saw that you answered to a question above that under the extended license, these flash fx can be used in an unlimited number of youtube videos. However, the extended license terms and conditions state that the flash fx can be used in only one “single end product ”, which would mean only one video. Why are the terms and conditions stating that?
Also, why isn’t there a tools license for these fx?

The AEviewer extendsion made me confusing. Can you make sure we still have full working features for this effect without AEviewer? I think other buyer will be confusing and not feel free to buy it too.
You have full working features even without AEviewer. We have a note on the product page about that:
“• For those, who doesn’t have AEviewer, elements will work in a regular mode.”
