The sequence is 1920×1080 size. I want to use END Screen 05 but it is cut off when I export it. It should not be reduced by the scale tool. Please tell me how to reduce the size. And because it is too heavy, it is very slow. Computer specifications are good. Thank you for your advice.

With a few limitations it does work with Premiere 2017, yes.

Yeah, its possible, depending on which element you want to use. Most elements have 1 placeholder, but you can easily use one element multiple times with different logos.
