Hello, upon attempting to open the “No Plug-ins” version I am getting: “Pre-render Smoke.mov cannot be imported – this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported” and also:”Pre-render Sparks.mov cannot be imported – this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported”. I have already tried downloading and unzipping the file again, and I have also tried on an older version of After Effects(2019). It appears that the much older versions of After Effects are no longer available on the Creative Cloud, maybe this project file is no longer compatible? If so I would like a refund. Thank you.

Depends on the type of work. Customisation, making changes, a new project in the modern style – yes, a complex new project(especially Trapcode Particular heavy) – no.

Hey, try to download the zip file from videohive again, and unzip it all in one folder. Also, try to use a different version of after effects(older one) if you get more problems.

I am interested in purchasing this item. You mentioned before that to change to animation some knowledge of AE and trapcode is required. However when asked if any additional plug-ins are required, you replied no. So, is trapcode required for this to work or not?
Everything looks great, I would mainly just like to change the logo and possibly tweak the colour. I would like to render this at 1080p and possibly at 2160p in the future, would this be possible?

Hello, Two Ae files are included: one with pre-rendered trapcode effects, the other one uses trapcode. So you don’t need trapcode, because there’s an after effects file with pre-rendered effects, and you can change trapcode effects in the other version, that uses trapcode(and needs trapcode). If it’s not clear, let me know.
You can replace the logo, it wouldn’t be a template if you couldn’t 
. To tweak colors you don’t need trapcode, you will have to tweak color of pre-rendered files. To increase resolution you will definitely need to use trapcode version, and than do some work to increase the resolution.

Hi, i purchase this nice explosion, but he didn’t work. Everytime when i open the project i see the same error: ‘after Effects error: Source file has no importable streams. Please check that it is a valid video/audio file. (86;;1)

Could the explosion be scaled down so it appears in a corner? Can the explosion exist beyond the frame as we see it now?
Yes. It requires knowledge of after effects and trapcode.
When I try to slow down the explosion so the animation is longer the particles and center burst do not animate smoothly, they are jumpy. Is there a trick to do this? (I selected all layers and Time > Time Stretch and set it to 500)
