Hi there, I purchased your product a long time ago and just now is when I am trying to use it but when I am done putting the Green Screen Announcer video and go back to Studio 1 Announcers 1 comp …the announcer is not showing properly (black image of the announcer)...any help will be appreciated. I’ve just purchased your 3D virtual studio, but it isn’t working properly.
Operating System: Mac OS Sierra
After Effects: 2018
Element: V2.2
I’ve followed your instructional video, but when I open the project, I am not presented with the warning message that there are missing files…. It only asks me to convert from windows 64 to mac and says original file will not be damaged.
Can you help.. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Please get back to me ASAP as I have a project due at work tomorrow.
Also, I see many people have this issue… why not just post the solution in the comments man!

Ok… So, I’ve managed to figure out how to re-link the missing files, but it seems as though the majority of those files that are missing are not actually included in the download package? – Please could you send them over ASAP
