You mean 1 big cube instead of 9 small ones ? You can create your own model of screen in C4D if you know how to do it, then re-render whole scene and import it inside after effects. This is the only way. or I can do that for you, but this will cost additional xxx$

I know about V.2 Cubes but this animation its much better and I want it:)
I’m going to release a new update soon, where you can change colour of all cubes by yourself in AE like in Cubism V.2! Somewhere at the end of the next week(depends how fast it will be reviewed by staff).

Hi, sorry for late answer… You will need c4d file to change material color and then rerender scene. I’ll provide c4d file for you. It’s v.12 You can also try to change cubes color in AE, but it will be very rough color correction.

You will need cinema 4d v12 and after effects. Also a very good skills in both programs. The reason why I didn’t made 1080p, because of rendering time in cinema. It will take about 2-3 days + 1-2 days on re-adjusting everything in AE…

Hello. To change BG color, you need Cinema4D. I can send you C4d v.12 project files and you will rerender BG by your own. Or you could try to apply some color correction tools in AE only.
Changing BG color correctly means, that all lighting settings must be changed as well and this cannot be achieved in AE.
This looks like a great project. I am on a time constraint and I am wondering what your average rendering time is on this. I have a quadcore, 16g ram set up. Will this take days to render/ Thank you very much. HAHA , just found your answer on your main page, 1-2 hours. Thanks
