Hi! I bought this, but I have a problem.

1. When I import to Premiere, the names of 120 files are duplicated and end with scene80.

2. There is no template I saw in the preview.

3. The file name does not match the original, it is impossible to modify the exact template in After Effects.

Is there a solution?

Hello Same problem as above, I use the last version of Premiere Pro and it doesn’t work. The pack is posted as a Premiere pro pack, it should work with any version. I already downloaded the trial version of After Effects in the past, so it has expired. I’d like a refund please…

Keeping your product up to date, if you are going to say that it works on both of them is kind of mandatory…. Its part of making stuff like this lol. By the looks up if from the last 2 comments, you are just ditching your customers. If I don’t get a reply here soon (since they have been waiting 28 days already), Ill be filing for a refund which sucks because they are awesome, but if you don’t ever plan on fixing/updating them to work, you need to take this product down (for false advertising) and stop making things like this.

After drag and drop the template on my Premiere timeline, the font is not the font that is displayed on the preview. How can I fix this? This happens although I have installed the used Bebas Neue (Bold, Regular, ...).

hi. i am using cc 2018 and there is no Essential Graphics folder in the Common folder. so i created the folder and then dragged and dropped the mogrt files into it. although when i open the Essential Graphics window there are many files missing….so i had to install them one-by-one. i dragged and dropped one mogrt into my sequence but there is nothing but a black screen. i tried changing the colors and text and nothing. its insane and a crime what Adobe did to the Essential Graphics module. i am completely stuck and as of now i completely wasted my money on this purchase. any help would greatly be appreciated. thank you
