When I bought this today, the description said it comes with 10 overlay textures, but that was NOT in the download, nor were the v1 elements.

I confirm that if I have version of after effects cs 2018, and download the Motion Factory version 2.39, I had already written them with a ticket. Apparently, the complementary files were not installed.

Thanks for your compliment , basically open your own composition and select one of the items from the MotionFactory panel. By that you will have the item imported into your comp

Hello, Where I can find the “plugin version” projects? The only files I can see are the .mfg ones for the Motion Factory which are using the pre render files.
Hi, if I got it right I should say that the .mfg files are Plugin files, you have to install them on Motion Factory and if you create one of them from motion factory it won’t be Pre Render and all are layered items.

Hello. I bought your item. I read the description ‘You need After Effects ( Supports : CS5 and above)’ I have CS6. But I can’t install Motion Factory toolkit because it needs higher version After Effects. Can I get a refund? Or Do you have any solution?

Hi, I have a couple of questions
1. Are the circles etc. included in the pack as EPS files or individual images for elements? I want to use this pack to design something that can be both static and animated.
2. Can I change the colour of the background and hud elements?
3. Are you able to change certain aspects of the assets like the text displayed or the data that presents in the charts/graphs?

2- Yes you can change all background Elements, There are some simple settings for color of HUD elements too that you can change certain part of an item, but you can open all layers and change them separately if you really want to customize the colors deeply.
3- Yes you can change the fonts and text buts not all graphs and charts are customizable ( as an infographic items ) because of the complex process of templating high detail items
