The Mov files don’t work with the latest version of After Effects. Any suggestions on how to import them?

when i loaded the file i am getting multiple errors. The Table file, the gesture files are missing. I copied the TouchPro folder in the location but still getting erroers

Hello, I bought this AF project but I’m not able to use it. When I point the middle of main composition I get this error message and the all file freeze, I have to restart After Effects every time and When I try to select some precomp I need to work with, same error. This is what I get: “Element 3D detected missing files. Would you like to relink them now?

Hi, about element 3D, for what scene do we need it exactly? I have element 3d but only the version 1.6.3. Do you think it’s enough?

first up, really nice work.

However, I have quite a few problems regarding missing textures and objects resulting in several graphical issues when rendering. I checked out all the folders including textures and models, but the ones missing seem to be not in the file downloaded… Also, whenever i close and open the AE project again, the relinking done previously has to be made once again.

These are a couple of textures that are missing and I cannot find in any of the folder provided with this download:

Results in a flickering reflection effect when rendering. Also there is a statement that a model is missing but the info screen is empty not telling me which model it is…

Also the backside of the twisting iPad is not silver as seen in the preview video of yours, but its dark and has dark stains spread all over the surface…I guess thats also due to textures missing,,,

Hope you can help me out with this problem.

Hi Dolunin, nice project. I am having problem with Mac os Sierra. Not sure if it is a problem with Element 3D or after effects, but when I open the project file, AE crashes every time. I tested on El Captain and working fine! but I need it on my large iMac that now has Sierra. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey there, just a short question: is there a way to use the file without the 3D plugin? I don´t have that and it´s too expensive. Can i/you render the affected comps as a movie for example? Thanks for your help! Laura

Great AE tablet project. The 3D models look great and offer more flexibility and customizability. I was concerned about speed, but it renders and previews just as fast with the 3D models as an alpha-matted footage project would. Thank you!

I have tried to run this project on 3 different macs, the latest is a fully loaded mac book pro late 2015…all of which do not have the correct Graphics card to handle the project. Please can you offer a refund, this project is not clearly labelled as one that needs a super computer to run the file.
