Im getting the error in ZXP installer – “Installation failed because the extension is not compatible with the installed applications” – Im running After Effects CC2017. There dont seem to be any other AEP files included…
Hi, do you have Adobe Extension Manager installed? try to remove it, maybe because of the problem. If this does not help, write me an e-mail.

When zpx is dropped in zpx oinstaller ticket says not compatible with software.

Try an alternative way. change the name of HUDlibrary.zxp to HUDlibrary.zip and unzip it into a folder using the program “7zip” or “winrar”. then copy folder in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Common Files \ Adobe \ CEP \ extensions mac ~ / Library / Application Support / Adobe / CEP / extensions /

I seem to have an issue since updating to AE 2018, it refuses to verify my license with script alert and indicates its unable to connect to server. Script settings are set to allow network access and firewall is turned off, not that it tripped up AE 2017 when those were on but I was wondering if something else could be causing this? I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both AE and the HUD_Library_2_1.
