Hello. I have had two programmers try to work with this very nice video but they keep getting error messages. They say the get “error Debug message while try to open that video template.” Can you add any advice as to what might possibly be wrong?

I just found a workaround… https://www.videocopilot.net/products/element2/update/ updated to latest version patch and it works!!

Hello, I downloaded the patch for this and the programmer told me not only did it not work, but is disabled his 3D Element and caused a lot of problems on his system
Was there a fix for Element 2 users? This crashes AFX CC14 when you attempt to open any comp invoking Element.
I have the new Elements 2 plugin and the project seems to crash everytime I try to open it. Is this project compatible with the latest Elements plugin version?

My logo has a square layout. I realize the effect will be a little less dramatic, but right now it cuts off my logo completely regardless of how I size it in the layer mask.

Hi, I have an error with the mesh, 2 letters have some glimps in the mesh at the corners, in preview mode it apperas all the time on the mesh, I updated the drivers on the video card, but still the same, when I render the video will still be there the errors? Do you have an e-mail address so I can show you my error? Maybe you can suggest what can I do to fix it? Thanks, Iulian
