Hi, bought this item for work, i`m getting “run as administrator” screen every time i `m launching after effects, is there any way to solve this problem ?

Very impressed with your work, guys…great job! Is there a way to put more icons to your library? I mean…I’m a designer myself – also here on VideoHive. So no problem if that includes some copy-pasting of code or something. I’m basically asking if there’s a way to easily apply the 3D volume effect or isometric views on my existing icons.

If I want to use this for my YouTube videos for commercial purposes, do I need to constantly purchase a Regular or Extended license? It seems financially impossible to create content on YouTube if I have to pay $49 for every video I post… Is there a work around to this or am I just simply screwed out of luck?

I have a pretty short question about backgrounds. How can i manage that to have an inifnite background but not starting with that “in” transition? Just a looped background all the time with no changes, only the flow of the lines, circles, particles, etc…

Purchased today, downloaded today, so ostensibly I have the latest version, 1.8. Item is still unusable. Internet connection tested, scripts are allowed to access the internet, restarted 3 times, reinstalled twice, and still no luck and getting the same error. “Unable connect to server. Please, check your internet connection.” I have tried so many times to install but no luck. I have also already emailed you earlier today (which is recent, I understand that. It is just frustrating to shell out 50 bucks and have it just be an expensive error message). This is turning into a really bad experience. Please contact me at your earliest opportunity. Envato does not have a contact for customer service, which is bananas, but whatever. I have disabled my firewall, which is not awesome, as well as my VPN but it is still unable to connect. Please help because at this point I have sunk 3 hours into trying to get this to work and am quickly souring on the whole thing. You have an email with my purchase code and error message. I will wait to hear back.

Hi, I’m having lots of problems with the animations, when I insert a basic shape I get the in and out markers in one place and the precomp itself way ahead in the main composition, and even when I bring them together, I get nothing. nothing is showing and there is no animation. this happens also with badges and I dont really know with what else. When I insert a logo I only get the inside animation but not the animate in or out. The backgrounds and charisma shapes work fine and so do some other parts but this is very frustrating. Help Please!
