Hi we recently purchased the FX pack but whenever we try to render in Alpha + with the background set to transparent, the video still renders with a composition background. Do you have any tutorials on how to make these affects transparent? We want to use them to make gifs for twitch overlays and it would be very helpful.

I’m using After Effects CS6. Do I need to have anything else to use 140 Flash FX Elements, like AE viewer, or anything else?
Hi, it can work without AEviewer you just need After Effects.
1. Can I render individual 140 Flash FX Elements items as AVI files – RGB plus Alpha, in After Effects CS6, and then import them in to my Premiere Pro CS6 project?
2. Doing things as mentioned in question 1 will make the items not have a background, right?

Hi, you just import the project to After Effects and that’s it. It works with CC2018. You can work with or without AEviewer, it’s up to you. It’s just move convenient to work with the elements with AEviewer.
Is there are a way for me to save it in my presets instead?
Some of the elements consist of two layers so no, it’s not possible to save them as presets.

Hi, With a regular license, you can use Big Pack elements up into 5 videos. The extended license allows using the elements in the unlimited number of videos.

I’m getting an error trying to open the .mov files in the Classic Version & can’t import them into AE or Premiere. I just downloaded the update however I’m still having the same problem. I’m on a Mac and already have quicktime player installed. Any help?

We have everything in .png sequence now. Please check that you are opening the correct version.
I see the .png sequences, however there is also a folder of .mov files that still don’t open properly.
Please use .png sequence instead.
That’s a pretty inconvenient solution, especially if you expect that customers also purchase AE viewer as well.
Sorry, but this is the only way due to Adobe dropped the support of Quick Time Player.
