I purchased this and can’t figure it out and your video isn’t helping either. And I didn’t realize that element 3D cost that much. I just wanted to use one snippet of this template too (when we see the student page.) Can I get a refund? I can’t use this to do what I want.

I have the plugin loaded, even a patch loaded from VCP, and the materials folder moved to the local VCP folder, but the pages are black. When I open the Scene Setup, I can see my textures for the cover, but the control comp and final render are black – nothing is showing that it needs to be relinked – any suggestions?

I love this project!!! However when I try to render the project After Effects closes automatically!!! It doesn’t happen to any other projects. I am on a MacPro High Sierra 10.13.4 After Effects 2018 Build 15.1.1. Any ideas??? I don’t see an error message it just closes.

There may be a problem with the video or photo. which you upload to this page. To check, open my project without any photos. clear the cache and render the gap where the 13 page.

Just Purchased this product. Very Nicely Done, a little difficult to navigate but I was able to figure it out no problem. I really like it. The only thing I would wish for is some alternate book textures. Other than that it is great!! Also the designer Leon was VERY helpful in resolving the elements 3d folder issue on the Mac, even tho this problem was not directly related to his template he went over and above to help me get things rolling. Thanks again!! Great Job
