I am new to Premier Pro, but I have watched the tutorial video and cannot get the presets to work. Everyone that I insert (except for the Zoom one that is shown in the demo) only plays the placeholder footage, not my own. How do I fix this?

Hello. Most likely, the resolution of your project does not match the imported transitions file.
How would I change to work with an anamorphic resolution
Also, it worked fine before the update
Seems to only be the zoom and pans
Testing them all out, and there’s no pattern to this. Random ones are working, and some aren’t. Don’t think it’s a resolution because I changed it to full HD as well as the transitions, and I still have same issue. I wrote that email to Boris, so I am just waiting for a response.

Same problem – missing all the file and when I trying to relink my premiere is super glitch and destroy my entire project file and not responding… WHAT THE HELL?!

Before the first import, you need to open and re-save the transitions files so that Premiere Pro can install new file paths. When importing, it can not do this.
I did all that and when I import the project – my project just stuck – very slow and can not do anything – I have a very beefy machine – so def not my machine fault – it is the project files – I can not do anything after import your project – it crash my sequence when I import your project…something is really wrong.

There are six supported permissions in the archive. If you are working with FullHD, open and save the HT – FullHD 1920×1080 file.prproj If the problem persists, write to the mail boris@videolancer.net

Is there an easy way to convert all the sequences to 29.97 fps instead of doing each one individually?
Hello. When importing into your sequence, the animation in transitions is automatically interpolated to the desired frame rate.
I think I want a refund, none of the presets work and it crashes on every resolution. My computer is more than able to handle it.

Bought it; is not working; when importing it says this project saved in a newer version and cannot be opened in this version. I am running premiere Pro CC 2017

Hello. I understand your concern, you have spent a lot of time, and I apologize for that. But you have to understand that the transitions are quite difficult to implement in Premiere Pro. In older versions, there are not enough tools to implement these transitions. Therefore, the product description indicates that Premiere Pro version 12.1.1 is required for operation.
