Unfortunately we can’t convert this project to 2015. You can you use the project with versions 2017 or later. Regards 4xcrew
if i have version 2017 i should not ask for support. I can not even open it.
Hey In the zip file has three versions of the project. version 13 for after effects cc2015, version 14 for after effects cc2017, and version 15 for after effects cc2018. Check the zip file again pls. Regards 4xcrew

I think you should clean the cache before rend. Try this way and tell me what happened after that

Hi, thanks for your interest about our work. If you wanna buy this project in 4K we should create custom version for you. What that means – all elements should be pre rendered again in 4K resolution after that we should recreate AE and Premiere Pro projects and also the price will be different from the site. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a template, when the average price on Videohive, (for incredible videos) is $28? No, thanks. I’ll pass. I could get triple the value anywhere else.
Even templates like “Hand Story”, which contain 67 individual scenes, and took two years to make, costs half as much as this one does.
I’m getting really tired of Videohive authors getting greedy, and this template is the perfect example of asking WAY too much. What’s next? Will these templates cost TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS next year?
